Your Profile:

• Training as a plumber or professional experience in the building envelope sector
• Further training as a project manager Polybau, construction manager building envelope, master plumber, foreman or building envelope master (planned or in training)
• Goal-oriented thinking and acting in line with company guidelines
• Innovative, committed, independent and versatile personality with leadership flair and assertiveness

Your Tasks:

• Managing small and large projects in the building envelope and plumbing sector
• Supervising and coordinating construction sites, personnel as well as handling projects
• Conducting negotiations with architects and clients, participating in construction meetings and order discussions
• Carrying out measurement and AVOR tasks, ordering, contract and quotation management
• Planning and controlling work processes (from AVOR to invoicing)
• Coordinating and planning appointments
• Quality control on construction sites, monitoring costs, hours and time sheets, creating technical documentation
• Apprentice training as a vocational trainer
