About the job

Praxisarchitekten AG realises demanding interior fit-out projects – primarily for medical practices, clinics and healthcare facilities. Good architecture, developing efficient work processes as well as cost and schedule reliability are among our core competencies.

As a construction manager for practice buildings, you will prepare tenders and construction programmes, coordinate contractors and specialist planners, and keep costs, deadlines and quality under control. From the initial concept to the handover of the keys, you are right in the middle, taking responsibility for your projects and ensuring that plans become built reality.

ABOUT YOU

You have further training as a TECHNICIAN HF INTERIOR ARCHITECTURE, CONSTRUCTION MANAGER HF – or the corresponding several years of EXPERIENCE as a CONSTRUCTION AND PROJECT MANAGER in interior fit-out?

• You are looking for a CHALLENGE – but in the right measure?
