Your tasks
- You support production management in planning, organising and controlling production processes as well as in production planning.
- You ensure smooth running production operations and coordinate collaboration with internal partners.
- You ensure a systematic approach, transparent documentation and structured processes.
- You lead and accompany projects to optimise and further develop production processes.
- You create and analyse production key figures, derive targeted measures from them and implement these together with the team.
- You take on a central role as a key user for production and goods receipt in the ERP system CSB in the further development of the corresponding processes.
- You further develop ERP and production processes in close cooperation with production management.
- You conduct tests on new processes and system updates and ensure their practical suitability.
- You create training materials and train employees on site.
- In the long term, you take on your own areas of responsibility as well as leadership responsibility for employees.
Your profile
- Completed training or studies in production, food technology, business administration, engineering or a comparable qualification.
- Initial professional experience in production, production planning or process optimisation.
- Interest in the further development of production processes and enjoyment of project-based work.
- Strong understanding of processes, key figures and systematic working methods.
- Affinity for ERP systems and digital processes; experience with CSB is an advantage.
- Analytical, structured and solution-oriented working style.
- Enjoyment of collaboration with different interfaces and the ability to win employees over to new processes.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- Willingness to take on responsibility and to develop into a leadership role in the long term.
