To support our agile IT/Digitalisation team at our central location in Lucerne, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Portfolio Manager / Senior IT Project Manager.

Your tasks

• Responsibility for the central management of the IT project landscape from the project idea to successful implementation
• Support of digitalisation, automation and transformation initiatives
• Coordination of the bank-wide IT project portfolio
• Recording, evaluation and prioritisation of project requests
• Planning and control of the project pipeline
• Coordination of resources, budgets and project dependencies
• Preparation of portfolio and management reports
• Further development of project management and governance standards
• Management of strategic and cross-departmental IT projects
• Coordination of specialist departments, suppliers and external partners
• Ensuring successful project implementation
• Support of digitalisation and transformation initiatives

Your profile

• Completed training in computer science, business informatics or comparable• Several years of experience in managing IT projects and programmes• Experience in budget planning, resource management and project controlling• Understanding of IT infrastructure, business applications, cloud and digitalisation projects• Experience in the banking or financial sector is an advantage• Analytical and structured way of working• High communication and moderation skills• Confident appearance towards management and specialist departments• High sense of responsibility and assertiveness• Native-level German and good English skills
