For a successful company in an industrial environment, we are looking for a committed leader who combines operational responsibility with strategic thinking. Your area of responsibility

• Leading production with around 50 employees, including several directly reporting team leaders
• As a leader, you accompany, motivate and promote your employees and create an environment where initiative and collaboration are lived
• You specifically develop the production organisation further and ensure optimal use of personnel, machines and resources
• With a trained eye for improvement potential, you question existing processes and implement effective optimisations
• You keep an eye on costs, quality, deadlines and performance indicators and derive the right measures from them
• You coordinate collaboration between production, planning, logistics and other company departments
• In operational challenges, you find pragmatic solutions and make clear, well-founded decisions

What distinguishes you

• At least 10 years of experience in comparable roles
• Your personality is decisive, sociable, versatile and systematic
• You bring a solid technical background as well as further training in the technical or business management field (HF/FH)
• You understand how to recognise operational contexts and include both economic and organisational aspects in your decisions
• Topics such as production control, lean management and continuous improvement are familiar to you
• You work independently, think solution-oriented and also get involved operationally when needed
• You communicate confidently in German and have English skills for professional everyday use
