What you will achieve
- Co-lead a practice in tandem and take on professional, economic, and personnel responsibility.
- Shape the psychotherapeutic care at the location and ensure a high quality of treatment.
- Support psychotherapists in training on their path and promote their development.
- Accompany your patients in outpatient psychotherapy – flexible in time and place.
- Decide for yourself whom you work with. We help you build a patient base that fits your specialisation.
- Bring your ideas into a growing company and contribute to its development.
What you bring
- Education: Completed basic or advanced training
- Specialisation: Federally recognised psychotherapist
- Professional experience: 3 years of professional experience in psychotherapy
- Psychologist with completed training as a federally recognised psychotherapist
- At least 3 years of professional experience as a psychotherapist, ideally with initial leadership experience
- You meet all requirements to bill via basic insurance in Switzerland
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form
- Interest in business management contexts and in employee and team development
- German (B1)
