Architect (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF100,000 - 105,000Role:
On behalf of a client, we are looking for an experienced architect for the independent handling of early project phases from the initial idea to the building permit application. The focus is on design, project development, feasibility studies and potential analyses as well as the legal securing of demanding construction projects. You will develop architecturally convincing and at the same time approval-capable solutions and work on these model-based with Archicad. The position offers a high degree of creative freedom and a clear focus on SIA phases 21-33.
Responsibilities:
Independent handling of architectural projects in SIA phases 21-33
Development of design and architectural concepts from the first solution approach to the elaborated construction project
Preparation of feasibility studies, potential analyses and variant studies for plots and existing properties
Processing of study assignments, preliminary projects, construction projects and building permit applications
Analysis of building law, utilisation, building volume, distances and other planning law framework conditions
Ensuring building law approval capability in close coordination with authorities and specialist offices
Development and evaluation of variants regarding architecture, use, economic efficiency and feasibility
Creation and maintenance of 3D models and planning documents with Archicad
Coordination of specialist planners and experts during the project and approval phases
Conducting preliminary clarifications and meetings with authorities as well as processing resulting project adjustments
Preparation of presentation, decision and approval documents
Ensuring consistent design and planning quality up to the legally binding building permit
Qualifications:
Completed studies as Architect ETH/FH or equivalent recognised higher education
Several years of professional experience in Switzerland with a focus on SIA phases 21-33
Solid experience in project development, design, feasibility studies and building permit applications
Excellent knowledge of Swiss building law and relevant SIA standards
Very good knowledge of Archicad and model-based 3D planning
Profound understanding of urban planning, architectural and economic project parameters
Very good German skills at least level C1 spoken and written
