Siplan AG is a leading company in the development of structural-technical safety and fire protection concepts. Additionally, we are responsible within the RZintegral AG team for data centre planning concerning conceptual, architectural, and structural matters.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for an architectural draftsperson.

Your Tasks

• Participation in complex new build and refurbishment projects, taking on project management
• All classic architectural services in all SIA phases (31 preliminary project to 53 completion)
• Developing, working out, and presenting digital 3D models
• Participation in preliminary projects, construction projects, and building applications
• Creation of provisional execution and detail plans as a basis for tenders
• Preparation of working plans, detail plans, revision plans
• Assistance in the further development of BIM

Your Profile

• Completed training as an architectural draftsperson or comparable qualification
• Confident handling of 3D CAD software (preferably ArchiCAD)
• Knowledge of Swiss building regulations and standards
• Good technical understanding and spatial imagination
• Independent, structured, precise, and solution-oriented working style
• Teamwork skills and strong communication
