• Participation in projects in the areas of Talent Management, Personnel Development, Inclusion & Diversity as well as Health Management

• Organisation and implementation of awareness measures, training and development programmes

• Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders from different company areas

• Creation of presentations, evaluations and decision-making bases

• Support in the further development and digitalisation of learning processes

• Ongoing bachelor’s degree, ideally in business administration, psychology or a comparable course of study (min. 1 year remaining study duration)

• First experience in project work, practical HR experience through internships or working student activities is an advantage
• Interest in entering HR with a view to the business and enjoyment in advancing people topics with data, figures and systems
• Confident handling of MS Office and interest in the use of AI tools in everyday work
• Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form
• Proactive working style, strong communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork
