Your new challenges:
- Participation in projects in the areas of Talent Management, Personnel Development, Inclusion & Diversity as well as Health Management
- Organisation and implementation of awareness measures, training and development programmes
- Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders from different company areas
- Creation of presentations, evaluations and decision-making bases
- Support in the further development and digitalisation of learning processes
Your ideal qualifications:
- Ongoing bachelor’s degree, ideally in business administration, psychology or a comparable course of study (min. 1 year remaining study duration)
- First experience in project work, practical HR experience through internships or working student activities is an advantage
- Interest in entering HR with a view to the business and enjoyment in advancing people topics with data, figures and systems
- Confident handling of MS Office and interest in the use of AI tools in everyday work
- Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form
- Proactive working style, strong communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork
