Your Tasks
- You take over the professional, personnel and organisational management of your residential area and lead your team with appreciation, clarity and commitment.
- Together with your three deputy residential area managers, you ensure efficient organisation of the residential area and guarantee a high quality of care.
- You bear responsibility for professional, needs-oriented care and support of our residents and support your team in direct care if necessary.
- You promote and develop your employees in a targeted manner and create a motivating working environment in which personal responsibility and collaboration are lived.
- You are a fan of personnel development and support a sustainable learning and development culture.
- You actively contribute to quality management, question existing processes and develop innovative solutions and concepts together with your team.
- You work closely with other specialist areas and professional groups and contribute to an open, positive and future-oriented corporate culture.
Your Profile
- You have a degree as a qualified nurse (DN II, HF or FH) and have several years of experience as a management person in nursing.
- You bring a corresponding leadership training or are willing to complete it.
- You think entrepreneurially, work solution-oriented and approach changes with openness and initiative.
- You convince through your communication skills, social competence and your ability to motivate, lead and further develop employees.
- Even in demanding situations, you act confidently, structured and decisively.
- You have very good German language skills in spoken and written form as well as a confident handling of IT applications.
- Ideally, you bring RAI knowledge.
