What awaits you with us:

• You are responsible for the handling and monitoring of sea freight shipments worldwide (FCL, LCL and cross-trade).
• The coordination and monitoring of hinterland traffic to the ports is within your area of responsibility.
• You receive customer orders and check them carefully.
• Data entry and proactive shipment monitoring are among your tasks.
• Communication with customers, agents and suppliers also belongs to your area of responsibility.
• You prepare invoices for customers and partners while keeping an eye on the costs and margins of the services provided.
• With your proactive approach to customer care and your focus on sustainable solutions, you make a valuable contribution to a long-term, partnership-based collaboration.

What you bring with you:

• You have completed a commercial basic training and have professional experience in sea freight forwarding.
• You are an absolute team player, have a quick grasp and convince with your proactive, independent and responsible working style.
• You possess good communication skills, independence and demonstrate a high level of customer orientation every day.
• You have very good German and English skills, both spoken and written; additional languages (French) are an advantage.
