To complement our team, we are looking for you from 1 December 2026 as
Scientific Artistic Assistant BA Illustration 55%
Your tasks
- Collaboration in the conception, planning and implementation of the BA Illustration degree programme
- Assumption of organisational, coordinating and administrative tasks for the programme management
- Organisation of meetings and commissions including minute-taking and documentation
- Coordination, communication and organisation of events in the study area
- Support in the administrative processing of teaching and curriculum projects
- Point of contact for students, lecturers and administration in everyday university life
Your profile
- Completed training or studies in the administrative, organisational or creative field, ideally at a university, preferably in the field of illustration
- Initial experience in administration, organisation or university environment is an advantage
- 1-2 years of professional experience after studies as well as own artistic-creative practice is an advantage
- Interest in illustration, design and art
- Structured, efficient and independent working style
- Confident handling of common office applications (Microsoft Office)
- Communication skills and knowledge of German and English
- Enjoyment in working with students and lecturers
- Flexibility in working hours
