Your role

As Project Manager Mediasales, you are responsible for your own business publications from the initial idea to publication.

You develop relevant economic topics, acquire companies as partners, conduct discussions at C-level, and build long-term business relationships. Together with editorial, design, and production teams, you ensure that each publication meets the highest journalistic and design standards – both in print and digital formats.

This position is aimed at entrepreneurial-minded individuals with a strong sales mindset, initiative, and the ambition to achieve above-average results.

Your tasks

• Development and conception of new business publications
• Identification and acquisition of B2B partners and sponsors
• Sale of high-quality media partnerships as well as content and communication solutions
• Consultation of management and decision-makers
• Independent management of the entire sales process – from acquisition to contract conclusion and invoicing
• Coordination with editorial, design, and production
• Sustainable maintenance and expansion of existing customer relationships

Your profile

• Bachelor's degree (FH or university) preferred, ideally in business administration, marketing, communication, or a comparable field
• Several years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or media environment
• Proven closing strength and negotiation skills
• Entrepreneurial thinking and high self-motivation
• Independent, structured, and disciplined working style
• Professional appearance at management and C-level
• German as mother tongue, very good English skills in spoken and written form; French is a plus
• Enjoyment in taking responsibility and achieving results

Our remuneration model

At OPINOMIC, we offer two attractive remuneration models that provide both financial security and entrepreneurial freedom as well as above-average earning opportunities.

Model 1: 100% success commission

Maximum entrepreneurial freedom and particularly high income potential. You work independently within OPINOMIC and benefit from our know-how, the strength of our brand, our network, and our established media partnerships.

Model 2: Fixed salary plus success commission

An attractive base salary combined with a performance-related commission. This model combines financial planning with the opportunity to significantly increase your income through your personal success.

Your earning potential

Regardless of the chosen model, annual earnings between CHF 150,000 and CHF 200,000 gross are realistic. Significantly higher incomes are also possible with corresponding success.
