Testing Manager 100% (m/f/d)

Exciting tasks await you - We are looking for a leader who takes full responsibility for all testing laboratories at our site and elevates our quality control to the next level. In this key role, you report to the Head of Quality and work closely with Production and R&D.
Your tasks:

• Overall responsibility for all laboratory activities of quality control at the site (finished and semi-finished products)
• Planning and organisation of daily testing and release processes with optimal use of personnel and technical resources
• Disciplinary and professional leadership of the laboratory team including deployment planning, coaching, and development
• Test equipment management: ensuring calibration, maintenance, and availability of all measuring and testing equipment
• Development, qualification/validation, and standardisation of test methods for laboratory and production
• Optimisation of test plans and processes including statistical evaluation to increase efficiency and quality
• Ensuring occupational safety and compliance in the laboratory
• Implementation and further development of the management system according to ISO 9001 and 9100; ideally expansion towards ISO 17025
• Training of employees and maintenance of quality-relevant documentation
• Close interface with Quality, Production, and R&D; troubleshooting and participation in projects

You convince us with this profile - You are an experienced leader with a technical or scientific background and solid experience in quality control or laboratory environment. Quality standards, process optimisation, and team leadership are among your strengths.
Furthermore, you convince us with the following qualifications:

- Completed engineering degree or training in composite materials or mechanical engineering
- Experience in managing laboratories/quality control in an industrial environment
- Profound knowledge of ISO 9001/9100, ideally also ISO 17025
- Confident in handling statistical methods/analyses
- Decisive, assertive, and team-oriented with strong communication skills
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
- Structured, efficient, and independent working style as well as intercultural competence
