We are looking for a pastor for the two mountain communities of Fideris and Furna in Prättigau (GR) who could appreciate the following:
- Two committed church councils who wish for a pastor close to heaven (the Word of God) and close to the people.
- A community understanding where one primarily sees oneself as an organism and not as an organization, where Christ-centered spirituality and lived everyday life go hand in hand.
- A single pastoral office with a wide scope for design, where personal encounters are central and thus open up close spiritual and interpersonal learning fields.
- Appreciative and mutually supportive culture of all (employed and voluntary) staff of the state and free churches in the valley.
- A workplace in the middle of a beautiful mountain world, where others come from afar and spend holidays - including two pearls of mountain churches.
- Participation in two committed primary schools in the village.
- Two mountain communities with a rich (Walser) village culture, which are ideal as an environment for a young family.
- Spacious parsonage at the place of residence in Fideris, with swimming pool and ski lift right on the doorstep.
- Hunting, mushroom picking, alpine solar power, wolf management and weather caprices are not exotic topics of conversation, but part of everyday discussions.
- Gymnasium, hospitals, capital city and ICE connection are reachable in less than half an hour.
