About the job

At our Basel rehabilitation clinic in Claraspital, we treat patients especially in the field of internal medicine and oncological rehabilitation through modern and patient-centred care. To ensure seamless service operations and the satisfaction of our guests as well as patients, our valued professionals provide high-quality and diverse services daily.

The regular workload is 40%. During holiday cover, a 100% workload is required.

Your tasks

• Appointment planning: Create therapy plans for patients and manage admission and discharge processes
• Patient management: Record patient data in our clinical information system (CIS) and create patient files in contact with referrers
• Administration:Support general secretarial tasks such as processing mail and operating the telephone switchboard
• Information:Be the information and contact point for patients, visitors, and staff
• Finance:You are responsible for cash management including monthly closings
• Organisation:Support the further development and implementation of processes and structures in patient administration

What you bring

• Education: Completed training in commercial or paramedical fields
• Experience: Several years of experience in a similar role, preferably in healthcare
• IT skills: Very good user knowledge (Word, Excel, planning systems, etc.)
• Languages: Very good German skills in spoken and written form
• Personality: You are characterised by a strong service mindset, an independent working style, as well as pronounced organisational and coordination talent, and you convince with teamwork, flexibility, and reliability
