Role:
Our Rocken partner is an internationally active company that develops and manufactures technically demanding solutions for industrial applications. The company combines customer-specific development with modern manufacturing and operates in a technology-oriented environment with international customers.
Responsibilities:
You are responsible for the professional leadership and further development of the employees in the internal sales department.
You monitor international customer orders and coordinate timely delivery.
You prepare or check export documents, invoices and other order-related documents.
In case of deviations, delivery problems and complaints, you initiate the necessary steps.
You process tenders and customer enquiries and consistently follow up on open offers.
For recurring customer orders, you maintain price lists and defined sales conditions.
You integrate new e-procurement systems and customer-specific ordering processes into existing workflows.
You ensure data quality in the ERP system and compliance with internal guidelines.
Qualifications:
Completed commercial or technical apprenticeship with relevant further training at HF level or professional certificate.
Several years of professional experience in international internal sales or export administration.
Proven leadership experience or experience in the professional coordination of a team.
Knowledge of international order processing and export-related documentation processes.
Experience in preparing offers, price management and supporting international customers.
Good user knowledge of Microsoft 365 as well as experience with ERP and customer platforms.
Independent, reliable working style with strong organisational skills.
Very good German skills and good English skills in spoken and written form.
