ICT Support Specialist 80-100% (m/f/d)

What makes your everyday life exciting?

• Handling IT incidents and service requests via MS Teams and Jira Service Management
• Onsite analysis and resolution of more complex hardware, software and network issues
• Functional support for central business applications (SAP Business One, Infor LN, Salesforce)
• Ensuring timely processing or escalation according to SLA
• Creation and maintenance of high-quality documentation as well as contribution to the knowledge base
• Support in the area of ICT security (MFA, phishing awareness, endpoint protection)
• Close collaboration with global ICT teams to ensure smooth operations

What do you bring with you?

• IT training as well as experience in IT support / service desk
• Sound knowledge of Windows, M365 and network troubleshooting
• Experience with ERP or CRM systems (SAP, Infor LN, Salesforce)
• Strong service orientation and clear communication
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and Jira ITSM is an advantage
• Very good communication skills in German and English, both spoken and written
