Service and Repair Manager (m/f/d) 80-100%

Your new mission:
- Management of the Service & Repair department and responsibility for the optimal use of available resources
- Coordination and leadership of subordinate employees’ activities to achieve the objectives set by headquarters
- Monitoring the application of occupational safety and health directives
- Analysis of regional indicators, definition of corresponding measures, and evaluation of their implementation
- Implementation of own and centralised improvement initiatives
Your ideal qualities:
- Technical university degree or business management degree with additional technical training
- Several years of experience in management and sales
- Specialised knowledge/experience in the elevator sector is an advantage
- Good command of the local language; knowledge of other languages is an asset
