Video Producer (a)*

Your Tasks

• You film our videos professionally and ensure first-class image, lighting, and sound
• You skilfully edit videos and actively shape the audiovisual style of our stories
• You master post-production from colour grading to animations and sound design to the finished video
• You bring fresh ideas and support editorial planning and organisation within the team

Your Profile

• You operate a Sony Alpha 7S III as confidently as a modern smartphone camera
• You work proficiently with the Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Premiere Pro and After Effects
• You have a creative sense for effective storytelling and strong visual language
• You convince us with meaningful work samples or a versatile portfolio
• You are characterised by initiative, reliability, and a hands-on approach

Recruitment Process

• Your profile fits? Then things can move quickly, as our aim is to reach a contract conclusion within a short time
• After reviewing your documents, there will be a phone call for initial clarifications and to arrange an appointment
• Next follows a video call with Florian Scholl from izzy and Manuela Wyss, our recruitment partner (duration approx. 45 to 60 minutes)
• In the next step, you will meet the team on-site and complete a task
• And then, ideally, the contract offer will follow
