Payroll Specialist 60%

In this role, you will take responsibility for payroll processing as well as social insurance matters.

Your main tasks

• Independent execution of the monthly payroll runs on SwissSalary and Lobos
• Recording of entries, exits and changes
• Processing of all payroll-relevant personnel data
• Collaboration with social insurance institutions, authorities and pension funds
• Calculation of withholding tax
• Monthly and annual closing tasks
• Contact person for employees and managers on payroll and social insurance topics
• Ensuring efficient payroll processes
• Deputy support in vocational training
• Participation in HR projects

Your profile

• Commercial basic training with further education in payroll and/or social insurance
• Several years of professional experience in payroll processing
• Very good knowledge of social insurance
• Experience in the public-law environment is an advantage
• IT affinity and knowledge of the systems SwissSalary and Lobos or willingness to learn them
• Structured, precise and independent working style
• High service orientation and enjoyment of teamwork

The weekly working days depend on the payroll process as well as the monthly and annual closing tasks. For exchange and collaboration within the team, every second Wednesday morning is also scheduled as an on-site presence time.
