Technical Sales Consultant with a Flair for Customer Solutions (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF68,000 - 88,000Our client is an established Swiss corporate group in the trade and industrial sector. With a versatile product range, high expertise, and a strong quality awareness, the company offers reliable solutions for various customer needs.
Role:
Do you want to combine your technical understanding with your enjoyment of customer contact? In this versatile position, you will accompany sales projects from enquiry to delivery. You develop suitable solutions, coordinate collaboration with internal departments, and support the field service in successful customer care.
Responsibilities:
You develop appropriate offers for individual customer requests and take care of the associated calculations.
You are an important contact person for customers and accompany their concerns until successful delivery.
You coordinate ongoing orders and sales projects with the responsible internal departments.
You clarify product questions and delivery options directly with suppliers and agree on scheduled appointments.
You support the field service with technical and organisational matters.
You strengthen existing customer relationships and ensure reliable support.
You keep customer information and order data up to date and ensure careful documentation.
Qualifications:
You have training in the wood, construction, or commercial sector with a technical focus and ideally have experience in internal sales, customer consulting, or the building materials trade.
You are confident in using MS Office and have ideally already worked with ERP systems.
You convince through initiative, communication skills, teamwork, and an independent, structured, and customer-oriented working style.
You have very good German language skills, both spoken and written.
