The Dielsdorf Health Centre is a modern geriatric competence centre with around 500 employees from 35 nations. Our range of services extends from advisory services for older people and their relatives to general and specialised long-term care, as well as care and support at home.
Your tasks:
In this interesting hub function, you will take on the following main tasks:
- Supporting the Director in all his functions
- Coordinating, preparing and following up on the Director's, Executive Board's, Board of Directors' and Sponsoring Association's business and appointments
- Taking minutes, actively tracking and documenting pending items from the Director's meetings
- Organising the Director's agenda: independently, proactively planning, coordinating and organising, in ongoing consultation with the Director
- Close collaboration with Executive Board members, the Executive Office, Board of Directors and other committees
- Further development of the Executive Office, mentoring apprentices as a commercial trainer as an option
- Networking and participating in projects, working groups and committees
- A person with experience and groundedness, with utmost loyalty, some diplomatic skill and above all joy in contact with a wide variety of people and groups
- Ideally, you have a commercial basic education and a specialist certificate in executive assistance. You bring several years of professional experience in a similar role
- You communicate strongly and appropriately for the audience, both orally and in writing. Confident minute-taking in a politically sensitive environment is one of your proven strengths, as is independently drafting and editing executive correspondence
- You feel comfortable in a dynamically growing company and see the opportunities for yourself and the company to contribute pragmatically and productively. You are familiar with the necessary flexibility and resilience from similar positions and tasks
- Contemporary skills with office, document and communication software are a given for you – curiosity about new things is a plus
