You live leadership with empathy and clarity and take overall economic and personnel responsibility for your establishment. Together with your management team, you ensure smooth operations, develop your employees further, and actively pitch in yourself.

You bring several years of leadership and gastronomy experience. Training at a hotel management school or further business education is an advantage. You think entrepreneurially, love direct guest contact, and keep an overview even with administrative tasks. Good IT skills and confident handling of common programmes complete your profile.

For your new role, we invest specifically in your induction and familiarise you with our procedures and processes.

Your colourful buffet consists of:

• Operational and strategic overall management of the establishment
• Personnel management including scheduling, recruitment, promotion, and leadership
• Budget and sales responsibility as well as compliance with legal requirements
• Organisation of administrative processes including finance and reporting
• Active presence in daily business as a visible host

Your profile:

• Several years of experience in a leadership role, e.g. as head of gastronomy, restaurant manager, managing director, branch manager – preferably also with a background as a store manager in gastronomy or system catering
• Training at a hotel management school or further business education is an advantage
• Team player with empathy, clarity, and joy in dealing with people

We invest specifically in your induction. In the first months, you will learn all processes from the ground up.
