As part of the Business Unit Shared Services (SHS) of Hamilton Bonaduz AG, this area takes on central tasks for the Hamilton companies. Teams in HR, ICT, Corporate Communication, Facilities, and Finance ensure that processes run smoothly and employees worldwide are optimally supported.

This is what you can achieve:

Further development, ensuring operation, and continuous optimization of the DMS, SharePoint, Power Platform, and M365 environment

Analysis, design, implementation, and professional support of ICT projects in the SharePoint and Power Platform environment

Support in the automation and digitization of processes using Power Platform and scripting

Handling and resolution of incidents in 2nd and 3rd level support

Creation and maintenance of technical documentation

Close collaboration with internal departments to optimally implement requirements

This is what you bring with you:

Completed training in the ICT field or an equivalent qualification

Solid, practical experience with Microsoft 365, especially with SharePoint Online and Power Platform

Very good knowledge of PowerShell and JavaScript for automating and extending M365/SharePoint solutions

Experience handling structured data formats such as JSON and XML

Strong analytical, structured, and solution-oriented working style

Ability to communicate complex technical topics clearly

Team-oriented personality with independent and reliable working methods

Very good German skills in spoken and written form as well as good English skills
