You analyze the requests of our competent customer contacts and resolve them independently or together in the respective specialist group. As a competent interface between our long-standing SME customers, manufacturers, and partners, you communicate openly. Furthermore, you take care of the maintenance of our customers' IT infrastructure and can actively contribute your knowledge to our IT projects.
Your tasks
- User support (both by phone and on-site)
- Collaboration with key users
- Monitoring the monitoring tools
- User and permission management (Active Directory and Azure AD)
- Managing application, software, and system updates
- Testing various hardware components and handling warranty cases
- Creating and maintaining documentation and instructions
- Participation in projects (internal and customer projects)
Your skills and talents
- Completed basic training in computer science (ICT specialist EFZ)
- Enjoyment of teamwork, confident appearance
- Independence, sense of responsibility, and customer-oriented thinking
- Interest in current technologies and motivation for continuous development
- Good knowledge of German
