To complete our team, we are looking for a

Reference Nurse in Health Prevention and Promotion 80%

MISSION
As a reference nurse in health prevention and promotion, you carry out annual or multi-annual assessments of clients receiving household help services, TMR, family assistance. You promote the prevention of functional decline in the clients for whom you are the reference. In parallel, you occasionally provide nursing and basic care at the homes of people with physical, psychological dependency or a disability.

PROFILE

• Bachelor of Science HES-SO in Nursing or an equivalent qualification
  (Red Cross recognition for foreign diplomas)
• Ability to work independently and handle complex situations
• Good communication skills and adaptability to change
• Confidence in managing files
• Knowledge of common computer tools
• Driving licence
