For our client, an internationally active company in the industrial sector, we are looking for a committed and down-to-earth HR personality who enjoys supporting employees and managers. You can expect a versatile role where you can apply your HR experience, take on responsibility and develop both professionally and personally.

Your tasks

• Support and advice for managers and employees in the areas of production and supply chain
• Accompanying the entire employee lifecycle as well as supporting the recruitment of specialists and managers
• Responsibility for various HR administrative processes, time management using Abacus, as well as deputising in payroll processing with SAP
• Coordination and support of the training system as well as interns in various company departments
• Organisation of anniversaries, the anniversary trip, Future Day and other internal events and HR activities
• Active participation in HR projects as well as optimisation and further development of existing processes

Your profile

• Commercial basic training with further education in HR as well as experience in HR administration or already as an HR Business Partner
• Ideally experience in an industrial and international corporate environment
• Interest and motivation to develop yourself long-term towards an HR Business Partner role
• Very good German skills, good English skills and proficient use of MS Office; SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Down-to-earth, reliable and communicative personality with a confident manner
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style as well as the ability to act confidently even in demanding situations
