Sales Manager Plastic Injection Moulding (m/f/d)

As an independent tool and mould making company, we are part of the owner-managed Güntensperger Group. With around 30 employees, we maintain a family-like working atmosphere, flat hierarchies, and efficient structures. For our worldwide customers, we design and produce highly precise injection moulding tools and partially take over the series production of technically advanced plastic parts directly.

We are looking for a very well-connected and strong negotiator who approaches exciting challenges with joy, energy, and vigour.

Your tasks

• Management of the sales department

• Further development of the sales strategy and identification of new business areas

• Acquisition of new customers and support of existing key customers

• Preparation, calculation, and follow-up of demanding quotations

• Technical advice to customers from the initial idea to series maturity

• Coordination between sales, design/production preparation, and production

Your profile

• Completed training as a polymechanic, plastics technologist, or designer with commercial/technical further education

• Several years of technical sales experience in the plastics industry

• Customer-oriented manner, strong closing skills, assertiveness, as well as a resilient and flexible can-do mentality

• Fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written

• Experience in a leadership position
