Your area of responsibility:

Do you love contact with customers and enjoy challenging tasks? Do you distinguish yourself by customer-oriented behaviour and are ready to learn new things? Then we are looking for you!

• You are the first point of contact for our customers' concerns by phone and take on customer advice regarding our metrological services
• You create customer-specific offers for our calibration services in SAP and MS Office
• Together with the field sales team, you are responsible for the care of our customers in the German-speaking part of Switzerland and partly also in the French-speaking part

Your profile:

• Completed commercial training (ideally with a technical background) or completed training in the technical field (ideally with a commercial background)
• You are a team player and have a good grasp of things
• Complex tasks are fun for you and you have a high willingness to learn
• You are strong in communication on the phone and stand out through high customer friendliness and service mentality 
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form; knowledge of French is an advantage
• You also have very good IT skills (MS Office; ideally SAP)
