In the Operations division, you engage as Product Owner in the ERP Technology product team on the following topics:

• Professional leadership of the team in the areas of SAP Basis, SAP Security, and SAP Development as well as ensuring coordinated planning and prioritisation of tasks
• Alignment of the operation and further development of the SAP platforms with the product strategy, business requirements, and requirements for security, stability, and performance
• Clarification of technical and professional requirements with stakeholders as well as maintenance and prioritisation of the product backlog considering dependencies, risks, and available capacities
• Joint design and communication of product vision, goals, and roadmap with the Product Manager as well as coordination of implementation with adjacent product teams and external partners
• Ensuring reliable operation together with the team, including handling service requests, incidents, problems, and changes as well as compliance with agreed service levels
• Coordination of releases, deployments, and technical lifecycle measures as well as promotion of standardisation, automation, and continuous improvement of the SAP system landscape

This is what excites us about you

• At least five years, ideally eight years or more of professional experience in the SAP technology environment, especially in SAP Basis, SAP Development, or SAP Authorisations. You are familiar with SAP S/4HANA and the SAP ecosystem including adjacent solutions and bring experience with on-premise and cloud landscapes
• Experience in professional leadership and coordination of technical specialists as well as the ability to provide guidance and set common priorities
• Experience in managing and further developing products or services as well as in product backlog management and prioritisation of complex requirements
• Knowledge in IT service management as well as in change, release, and deployment coordination; understanding of availability, performance, authorisations, and technical security requirements
• Strong communication and moderation skills, a customer-oriented working style, and understanding of governance, quality, and continuous improvement
• Very good knowledge of one national language as well as German or French at least at level B1; English skills at least at level B1 are an advantage
