As a Medical Practice Assistant (MPA), you work at the interface between doctors, nursing and administration. You bring your medical expertise, organisational skills and empathetic manner into the daily routine of our geriatric patient care.

Your Tasks
- Organisation of daily practice: working at reception, telephone service, appointment scheduling, administration, correspondence and electronic medical records, writing reports, minutes and dictation
- Laboratory work: performing blood draws (venous/capillary), vaccinations, infusions (especially Ferinject) as well as internal and external quality controls
- Assistance or performance of e.g. wound dressing and ear irrigation
- Application and removal of 24h ECGs and 24h blood pressure measurements
- Ensuring medical billing and invoice control (TARDOC)
- Close cooperation and communication with doctors, nursing and interprofessional teams
Special tasks and areas of responsibility:
- Project work (optional): You participate in internal hospital projects, especially in the areas of quality, digitalisation and interprofessional collaboration.
- Vocational training (optional): As a vocational trainer for MPAs, you take on the supervision, promotion and support of our trainees in everyday life – thus actively contributing to the development of the next generation of MPAs.

Your Profile
- Completed training as an MPA EFZ, ideally with experience in practice or hospital laboratory
- Sound knowledge of medical terminology and confident use of MS Office as well as practice software
- Independent, structured working style with a high awareness of quality
- Empathy and enjoyment in dealing with elderly people and their relatives
- Resilient, communicative personality with team spirit and organisational strength
- Optional: Completed vocational trainer course or willingness to complete it
- Sound knowledge of medical terminology and confident use of MS Office as well as practice software
- Independent, structured working style with a high awareness of quality
- Empathy and enjoyment in dealing with elderly people and their relatives
