Portrait of the School/Institution
The interdisciplinary education team of the special primary school Stiftung Passaggio is looking for you as an innovative and socially committed school leader for cycles 1 and 2. We teach according to Curriculum 21 for the special primary school offer.
The school location Schlosswil includes four classes with 6 students each and a team of around 20 teachers.
We educate and support students with pronounced developmental difficulties in highly individualized learning settings – sometimes also in one-on-one care.

Tasks
- Personnel and operational responsibility for the school team at the Schlosswil location
- Cooperation with the school leadership at the Lützelflüh location
- Responsibility for admission processes of new students
- Initiation and management of school development processes / innovation
- Maintenance and expansion of internal and external networks
Requirements
- Interest in developing, designing, and further developing
- Diploma as a teacher or comparable qualification
- Good knowledge of the Bernese school system
- Experience in leading a larger team as well as in personnel management
- Interest in working with children under high psychosocial stress and their family systems
- IT skills / Driver's license category B
