Mechanic/Operator Grinding & Filtering (100%) (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

• Work in compliance with all safety rules.
• Versatile position combining operation activities of grinding, filtering and distillation facilities as well as mechanical maintenance activities, with a balanced distribution between the two areas.
• Integrated in the "grinding & filtering" department, you participate alone or in a team in the improvement and maintenance of our production tools.

Operating activities:

• Ensure the proper functioning of grinding, filtering and distillation facilities to guarantee the quality, availability and performance of the equipment.
• Prepare the support and working cylinders according to production standards.
• Participate in daily operating activities and contribute to achieving production, quality and safety objectives.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of facilities and working methods (5S, NOS, Operator Care).

Mechanical maintenance activities:

• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance operations on the sector’s equipment. Participate in the overhaul, commissioning and continuous improvement of the different parts of our machines.
• Coordinate maintenance interventions and ensure the reliability and availability of the equipment.
• Diagnose faults and implement necessary actions to ensure production continuity.

How to convince us:

• Certified mechanic (polymechanic or equivalent)
• At least two years of experience in an industrial environment
• You are dynamic, able to take initiative, have good communication skills and enjoy working in a team
• You demonstrate great rigour and a strong sense of quality, aware that non-compliant preparation or finishing of cylinders can have a direct impact on production performance and reliability
• Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
• You are available to provide on-call service
• Good understanding of industrial equipment and performance challenges (quality, deadlines, costs, KPIs)
• Ability to establish a climate of trust, fostering team cohesion, commitment and effective daily collaboration.
• Fluency in French or German, with a good knowledge of the other language (English is a plus).

Ihre Verantwortlichkeiten:

• Die Arbeit unter Einhaltung aller Sicherheitsvorschriften.
• Vielseitige Tätigkeit, die den Betrieb von Rektifikations-, Filter- und Destillationsanlagen sowie mechanische Wartungsarbeiten umfasst, wobei beide Bereiche gleichmäßig verteilt sind.
• Als Teil der Abteilung „Rektifikation & Filterung“ tragen Sie allein oder im Team zur Verbesserung und Instandhaltung unserer Produktionsanlagen bei.

Betriebliche Tätigkeiten:

• Sicherstellung des reibungslosen Betriebs der Schleif-, Filter- und Destillationsanlagen, um die Qualität, Verfügbarkeit und Leistungsfähigkeit der Anlagen zu gewährleisten.
• Vorbereitung der Stütz- und Arbeitszylinder gemäß den Produktionsstandards.
• Mitwirkung an den täglichen betrieblichen Abläufen und Beitrag zur Erreichung der Produktions-, Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsziele.
• Beitrag zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Anlagen und Arbeitsmethoden (5S, NOS, Operator Care).

Mechanische Instandhaltungsaufgaben:

• Durchführung vorbeugender und korrektiver Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen an den Anlagen des Bereichs. Mitwirkung bei der Überholung, Inbetriebnahme und kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der verschiedenen Teile unserer Maschinen.
• Koordinierung der Wartungsmaßnahmen und Sicherstellung der Zuverlässigkeit sowie der Verfügbarkeit der Anlagen.
• Fehlerdiagnose und Umsetzung der erforderlichen Maßnahmen zur Gewährleistung der Produktionskontinuität

Wie Sie uns überzeugen:

• EFZ als Mechaniker (Polymechaniker oder gleichwertige Qualifikation)
• Mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung im industriellen Umfeld
• Sie sind dynamisch, zeigen Eigeninitiative, verfügen über gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und arbeiten gerne im Team
• Sie zeichnen sich durch große Sorgfalt und ein ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein aus und sind sich bewusst, dass eine nicht normgerechte Vorbereitung oder Endbearbeitung der Zylinder direkte Auswirkungen auf die Leistung und Zuverlässigkeit der Produktion haben kann
• SAP-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil
• Sie sind bereit, Pikettdienst zu leisten
• Gutes Verständnis für Industrieanlagen und Leistungsanforderungen (Qualität, Termine, Kosten, KPIs)
• Fähigkeit, ein vertrauensvolles Klima zu schaffen, das den Teamzusammenhalt, das Engagement und eine effiziente Zusammenarbeit im Arbeitsalltag fördert.
• Beherrschung der französischen oder deutschen Sprache sowie gute Kenntnisse der jeweils anderen Sprache (Englisch von Vorteil).
