Why do we need you?

As a Technical Clerk Technical Expertise & Offers (TEO), you are the central contact person for technical questions, tenders and project-specific offers. You support our sales team, advise customers and contribute significantly to the success of our projects with your expertise.

Your tasks

• Preparing quotations, construction descriptions and tender texts for construction projects
• Processing and calculating project-specific offers as well as special solutions
• Technical advice to planners, architects, specialist dealers, contractors, private customers and the sales field service
• Supporting the sales field service with technical questions, pricing and material lists
• Maintaining and further developing our quotation catalogues as well as technical documentation
• Ensuring complete documentation in the CRM system
• Collaboration with product management, market management, regional sales management and other internal specialist departments
• Continuous training on products, systems, standards and technical developments (self-study)

What you bring with you

• Completed technical basic training, for example as a dryliner, plasterer, painter, technical draughtsman or comparable training
• Further training in construction (e.g. construction manager, technical business administrator, structural engineering or comparable) is an advantage
• Sound expertise in drywall construction or construction industry
• Experience in technical consulting and enjoyment of customer contact
• Very good German skills as well as good French and/or Italian skills are an advantage
• Good MS Office skills; experience with SAP, CRM systems or quotation software is a plus
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
• High customer orientation, ability to work in a team and enjoyment in passing on knowledge
