These are your tasks
- Leading, managing, and guiding a group of employees in the second labor market
- Responsible for meeting deadlines and quality of customer orders
- Customer contact and administrative tasks
- Conducting conflict, qualification, and location discussions with employees in the second labor market
- Special assignments in consultation with the team management
- In addition to an exciting and varied task in our team, depending on your suitability and the further internal selection process, there is the possibility to take over the deputy team management.
