What you can achieve
- You advise our customers by phone on questions about medications and health services
- You take orders, provide information about products and services, and ensure smooth processing
- You competently clarify pharmaceutical questions related to medical prescriptions and thus support doctors, patients, and external partners throughout Switzerland
- You strengthen our customers' trust through your empathetic, professional communication and your ability to keep an overview even in demanding situations
What you bring with you
- Completed apprenticeship as a pharmacy specialist with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ) as well as professional experience
- Enjoyment of telephone consulting, combined with a high willingness to serve and clear communication skills
- A reliable, structured way of working as well as the ability to remain friendly
- and focused even under time pressure
- German at native level, French or Italian skills are an advantage
