About the job
Our institution has developed over time into a modern center for special education, which covers today's needs in the special and social education sector with a diverse range of services. Around 240 people work in the areas of special school, boarding school, therapy, services, and administration.

Actively participate in shaping...
- Building, developing, and designing new agogic workshops
- Guiding and accompanying young people in protected work settings
- Individual promotion of work skills, independence, and social behavior
- Acquisition and handling of orders from the private sector
- Collaboration with school, housing, and therapy
- Coordination and further development of the agogics area
- Participation in interdisciplinary projects and special events
Enrich us with...
- Training as a social pedagogue / agogist FA or comparable qualification
- Experience in protected work and in building offerings is an advantage
- Enjoyment of building work, responsibility, and scope for design
- Organizational skills, initiative, and ability to work in a team
- Experience in order acquisition is an advantage
- Basic IT knowledge, driving license category B is an advantage
