Role:
As an operational purchaser, you ensure the timely procurement of materials and components. You coordinate deliveries, work closely with project management and warehouse, and support the team with various organisational tasks.
Responsibilities:
You handle operational purchasing and ensure reliable and timely procurement
You coordinate delivery dates and import processes and clarify deviations directly with the responsible parties
You maintain supplier, article and purchasing data in the ERP system and support the further development of processes
You are the contact person for project management regarding purchasing questions and work closely with the warehouse team
Qualifications:
You bring experience in purchasing and good commercial knowledge
Basic electrical engineering knowledge is an advantage
You have good PC and ERP skills
You work independently, in a structured, reliable and precise manner and find suitable solutions even when faced with challenges
You communicate confidently in German, knowledge of French is an advantage and you enjoy working in a small, committed team
