We are looking for a creative, customer-oriented and quality-conscious personality with organisational talent who is eager to independently manage exciting projects and enrich the team with fresh ideas.

Your tasks

• Acquiring new customers, clarifying needs and compiling costs
• Developing and implementing spatial concepts for hotels, gastronomy, shopfitting and private residences
• Supporting and advising customers as well as conducting on-site meetings
• Being responsible for the timely execution of orders
• Creating overall spatial concepts including floor plans, colour, material and lighting concepts
• Coordinating project processes with suppliers, specialist planners and authorities
• Managing project and construction management as well as coordinating the construction site
• Ordering and organising required materials, furniture and special products
• Participating in trade fairs to represent the company
• Ensuring quality while adhering to standards in every project

Your profile

• Interior architect / architect with relevant professional experience in consulting, sales and planning of gastronomy, shopfitting, hotel projects
• Confident handling of CAD & design programmes
• Communicative, team-oriented and creative personality with enjoyment of customer contact
• Innovative and independent working style with organisational talent as well as entrepreneurial thinking and acting
• German: confident / any additional language is an advantage
