For our client, we are looking for a committed and experienced individual as an HR Business Partner who not only supports HR but actively shapes it. You are a trusted contact for managers, recognise challenges early, and develop sustainable solutions together with the line. In this versatile role, you can specifically apply your HR expertise and actively drive the further development of the organisation.

Your tasks – versatile and impactful

• Advising and supporting: You competently support managers and employees in all HR matters and are a reliable contact person for them.
• Equal-level sparring partner: In personnel matters, change processes, and conflict situations, you contribute your expertise and develop suitable solutions together with the line.
• Enabling development: You accompany measures in personnel and organisational development and help to promote potential and successfully implement changes.
• Creating security: You advise on labour and social security law issues and ensure well-founded, practical solutions.
• Planning proactively: You participate in personnel planning, optimise HR processes, and actively shape their implementation.
• Turning data into impact: You analyse HR key figures, identify the need for action, and derive targeted measures from them.
• Shaping the future: You contribute to cross-departmental HR projects and drive innovative ideas forward together with your team.

Your profile – professionally strong, personally convincing

• You have further training as an HR specialist or a degree with a focus on HR, business administration, or psychology.
• You bring several years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a comparable role.
• You are familiar with change management and organisational development and enjoy actively accompanying change.
• You have sound knowledge of labour and social security law.
• You convince through your consulting competence and your ability to work in partnership and solution-oriented with managers.
• You work independently, structured, and pragmatically and tackle topics with initiative.
• You take responsibility, represent your viewpoints confidently, and have the necessary assertiveness.
• You communicate fluently in German; knowledge of French is a plus.
• You are a team-oriented personality with a convincing presence, strong communication skills, and a sensitivity for people and situations.
