The Client Lifecycle Management team is responsible for the product management of customer relationships across all customer segments.
To strengthen the Client Lifecycle Management team, we are looking for a Senior Business Analyst who will take responsibility for the newly created specialist unit for shipping instructions within an interdisciplinary team. You will work closely with various stakeholders within the bank and have the opportunity to demonstrate your experience and drive for shaping processes.

Your tasks
- Ensuring the correct mapping of customer shipping instructions in the sales systems/CRM
- Central point of contact for technical and system-related questions within the bank
- Ensuring smooth operations, including handling incident reports
- Optimising and continuously developing processes, including coordinating technical implementation
- Defining and implementing control frameworks to minimise risks
- Conducting regular measurements and implementing measures to improve data quality
- Contributing to the further development of basic contracts and managing access and rights to various banking services
Your profile
- University or university of applied sciences degree in business administration, business informatics, banking and finance, or a similar field
- Several years of professional experience in banking, experience as a Business Analyst / Business Engineer in a similar environment
- Excellent organisational, analytical and conceptual skills, flexibility and a quick grasp
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with different stakeholders
- Open-minded, committed personality with team player qualities, high independence, self-motivation and a solution-oriented working style
- Very good German language skills
