What to expect
- You independently and solution-oriented handle complex benefit cases in the accident insurance sector (UVG) and supplementary accident insurance (UVGZ)
- You communicate and negotiate with policyholders, insured persons, doctors, patient representatives and other social and private insurers
- You write demanding correspondence including decisions and conduct telephone conversations at eye level
- You work closely with our medical service
- You actively shape positive change - with curiosity and your constructive manner
What you bring
- Commercial or equivalent training with experience in the insurance industry
- Solid expertise in accident insurance - or the willingness to deepen it quickly
- Empathetic and team-oriented personality, who works independently and reliably
- Basic medical knowledge is a must
- You communicate confidently in German - French and English are a plus
- And: you have humour, drive and enthusiasm for change
