The Childcare Service offers care services for children up to 12 years old within the framework of the Child Day Care Act (LAJE), allowing parents to better balance family and professional life.

Administrative Assistant 50%
What will you actually do?
- Welcome and inform families, by phone and at the service reception, and direct them to the appropriate contacts
- Manage waiting list registrations on the Kibe portal and ensure the updating of information and documents
- Follow up on communications with families regarding their registrations and procedures
- Manage the service’s general email inbox, handle requests and ensure follow-up
- Establish and monitor agreements and inter-network re-invoicing
- Prepare statements, statistics and data intended for cantonal authorities and the Foundation for Child Day Care (FAJE)
- Update forms, authorisations and administrative documents of the network
- Draft and process routine administrative correspondence
- Contribute, in general, to the smooth running of the secretariat and the Childcare Service.
Your profile
- You hold a Federal VET Diploma as a commercial employee or an equivalent qualification
- An environment where your work concretely helps to facilitate families’ procedures and ensures the smooth running of the day care network
- You have several years of experience in the administrative field, ideally in the childcare sector
- You are very comfortable using common IT tools
- You have perfect command of French, both written and spoken
- Your sense of priorities and responsibilities leads you to manage tasks simultaneously with efficiency
- Comfortable in human relations, you enjoy teamwork
- Discreet and respectful, you are also dynamic
