Tasks:
- Reception of customers - by phone and in person
- Organisation of the reception area
- Processing orders and monitoring them
- Sale of fashionable products
- Writing correspondence
- Hub of the department
- Maintaining lists and stock management
- Ensuring attractive presentation of goods
- Working hours Tuesday - Saturday (business opening hours)
Your profile:
- Do you have experience at reception or as an assistant? As a sales assistant with administrative tasks or have you worked at a reception?
Your education is secondary. We are interested in you!
We are looking for a proactive, open-minded personality who performs their assistant duties with great joy and high commitment, enjoys working independently and solution-oriented, and identifies with their task and employer. Equipped with a quick grasp, you find it easy to quickly familiarise yourself with new topics. High standards for the quality of your work, as well as an efficient and precise working style, are natural to you. You are motivated, open to new things and want to develop professionally and personally. Reliability, flexibility and good communication skills complete your profile.
