Your tasks

As a sales advisor at the Hilti Store Chur, you are the face of Hilti on site. An exciting daily routine awaits you:

• You welcome and advise our customers competently and service-oriented.
• You recognise needs and find the right solution from our broad product and service portfolio.
• You build long-term customer relationships and actively develop existing customers.
• You proactively utilise sales opportunities and tap the potential of your customer base.
• You ensure an attractive product presentation and a professional appearance of the store.
• You are responsible for stock management and ensure smooth processes.
• You work closely with our sales and service teams and contribute to a positive customer experience.

Your profile

• Completed vocational training, ideally in the construction, craft or technical environment
• Several years of experience in the construction or craft sector, ideally with sales experience
• Enjoyment of direct customer contact and active selling
• Positive mindset, high self-motivation and perseverance
• Very good German language skills
• Good MS Office skills, SAP knowledge an advantage, Salesforce an advantage
