Our location in Oberburg offers 18 places for adults with mental health challenges who are in a transitional phase. We support people in managing their daily lives, provide them with structure, and assist them in achieving their goals. We are inspired by the principles of the recovery movement, which is why peer workers are also part of our team. Lebensart Oberburg is part of the Lebensart Foundation.
From 1 September 2026 or by arrangement, we are looking for an empathetic personality who contributes their ideas and helps shape the future with us.

We live an uncomplicated and collegial working atmosphere with a first-name culture and regular staff events. Participation and involvement as well as personal responsibility are highly valued by us.
The weekly working time is 42 hours. Apprentices up to 20 and employees from 59 receive 30 days of holiday. All other employees enjoy 25 working days of holiday.
