Your Tasks
- Responsibility for AVOR and production planning
- Development and further advancement of an integrated capacity and resource planning
- Ensuring delivery capability, cost-effectiveness and planning reliability
- Analysis of production key figures as well as derivation and implementation of optimisation measures regarding future production planning
- Management of the production programme and ensuring high planning discipline along the value chain
- Leadership and development of the AVOR/production planning team
- Maintenance and updating of the QM documentation within the area of responsibility
- Leading the daily planning meeting and occasional participation in shift handovers
- Participation in digitalisation and optimisation projects
Your Profile
- Professional training with a federal certificate (BP/HF), ideally in food technology
- Several years of leadership experience, preferably in the food industry
- Organisational talent, strong communication skills and assertiveness
- Strong quality awareness and a high service orientation
- Analytical, networked and solution-oriented thinking
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form, French is an advantage
- High IT affinity and enjoyment in working with production and planning systems
