ESG/SHE Manager

About the job

You don’t just want to manage sustainability, but to advance it measurably? In this key role, you will significantly develop and steer the ESG & SHE agenda for Froneri Switzerland and Austria.

Your Responsibilities

• Development of the ESG strategy and sustainability roadmap, including goals, KPIs and initiatives
• Coordination of cross-functional ESG activities
• Management of sustainability reporting, collection and validation of ESG data
• Assessment of risks and opportunities and advising senior management
• Driving measures to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, energy and water consumption as well as waste, and coordinating CO₂ accounting and decarbonisation initiatives
• Designing the strategy for occupational safety and health protection
• Supporting the further development of standards, audits and safety culture

Your Profile

• University degree in sustainability, environmental sciences, business administration, engineering, or a comparable field.
• Several years of professional experience in areas such as sustainability, corporate responsibility, environmental management, compliance or a related field.
• Experience in managing sustainability programmes as well as in ESG data collection
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills, confident stakeholder management
• High level of personal responsibility, integrity and a proactive, pragmatic and solution-oriented working style.
