Managing Director Restaurant Ringgenberg | Bern

Ringgenberg is taking new paths. For this, we are looking for an experienced, creative personality who not only understands gastronomy but lives it. Someone who recognises trends, develops ideas, and inspires people with passion.

YOUR MISSION

• You are a host by conviction – in the thick of things, close to the guests.
• You lead and inspire a team of around 20 employees.
• You develop fresh ideas and implement them consistently.
• You are responsible for quality, offerings, training, and operational organisation.
• You also keep an administrative overview (20–30%).

YOUR PROFILE

You bring leadership experience as a managing director or deputy, are administratively confident, and know today’s – and tomorrow’s – gastronomy. You are a mature personality, decisive, creative, and enjoy being where life happens: with our guests.
